Westside Professional Landscape in Gates is located outside Rochester. Each winter they run commercial snow and ice operations, and looking for equipment operators, plow drivers and sidewalk crew for the 2026–27 season.

Golf course maintenance staff who are seasonally reduced over the winter can be a great fit. Equipment experience transfers well, and the work ends before the spring return to the course.

Current openings and base pay:
• Loader / Snow Equipment Operator: $35–$50/hour, based on experience and assignment
• Snow Plow Truck Driver: $30–$45/hour
• Sidewalk Snow Crew: $24–$35/hour
