During the week of November 16, we will conduct our third annual Golf Course Bird Count.
Golf courses can provide valuable habitat for a wide range of wildlife, including resident and migratory birds. The Golf Course Bird Count (GCBC) is designed to document and celebrate the diversity of bird species using golf-course landscapes for nesting, feeding, shelter, and seasonal migration stopovers.
This annual initiative also offers participants and the broader community an opportunity to recognize the ecological value and natural beauty of golf-course environments.
